Conference & Events Manager We are looking for a Experienced, Talented, Hhighly Motivated Conference & Events Manager based in the Maidstone / Ashford area, to promote, sell and control the C&E Department in order to achieve or exceed the departments budgeted revenue and profitability, whilst maintaining quality standards, amazing levels of customer service. £30,000 Progression Conference & Events Manager -Main Responsibilities - Could be a Wedding, Fine Dining or a Charity ball with 150 - 300 banqueting. - To manage all aspects of an Event from initial enquiry to post event stage in accordance with the Company and Quality Standards, offer the best possible service. - Ensure standards are met and maintained and the staff are fully trained to these standards. - Continually motivate and develop the skills and capabilities of the front of house staff, ensuring that every team member feels valued and engaged. - Maintain good communication between departments and team to ensure the success of every event. - Working to tight deadlines and delivering high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner. - To communicate effectively with all departments to ensure the smooth running and success of all functions, including production of detailed Function Sheets and Menus.
