Devonshire Hayes have recently registered a new requirement for a Support Analyst with solid Desktop and some server administration experience. As well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team you will have the following responsibilities. - Problem solving using technical expertise - PC hardware builds. - PC repair and fault diagnosis. - Network Patching of PCs and Phones - Printer support, both network and local. - Cisco Hardware - Retail Equipment e.g. Tills, PED's etc - NAS and backups - Software deployment both pre-packaged and bespoke. - Supporting office moves - Maintaining Software Licence records. - Maintaining hardware configuration records - General stores and stock activities - Interface with internal customer stakeholders - Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy management - DHCP, DNS, WINS, TCP/IP - Microsoft Office 2007 to 2016 - Office O365 - Network patch management - Windows Software Update Services - Anti-Virus Update Services (ie: Sophos) - Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 - Microsoft Exchange 2010 and above - Windows Server 2010 and above - SCCM (Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager) - iPhone, Android mobile device management - Remote Access (ie: Firepass) - Remote desktop support
