Position: Site Supervisor Location: Sevenoaks Salary: Competitive FM Conway are looking to recruit a Site Supervisor to join our Civils department. As Site Supervisor your main goal and responsibility will be to contribute to the profitability of the business by carrying out the supervision of works or elements of work on site. You will also work with the Permitting Team to schedule and program the client's capital schemes deliverables in order to achieve the required completion dates and associated KPI's. To be a successful candidate it is vital that you have a high Health and Safety Awareness and are able to demonstrate and implement this to your fellow colleagues. Other Responsibilities: - Program the Clients capital schemes deliverables in order to achieve the required completion dates and associated KPI's. - To write Health and Safety plans, method statements, risk assessment, ITP's and Construction phase plans ensuring that all works have appropriate documentation. - To implement and monitor requisite Traffic and Pedestrian Management. - To write programmes and update as required. - To raise technical queries and ensure their resolution. - To ensure the smooth running of works through regular liaison with the client, employees and sub-contractors. - To order plant and materials to support the smooth running of the works programme. - To monitor and maintain records of plant, labour and materials together with works additional to the programme.
