JOB TITLE: Experienced Legal Secretary

SALARY & BENEFITS: Initial salary GBP20,000

WORKING HOURS: 9.00 - 17.30 Monday to Friday

THE COMPANY: We are pleased to be working with a very well established traditional law firm based in Pevensey Bay near Eastbourne. The company covers a range of legal services including wills, probate & trusts, conveyancing, personal injury and matrimonial.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Legal Secretary to join the team.

THE ROLE: Our client is seeking an Experienced Legal Secretary to work within the private client department of the practice. We are looking for someone who can bring strong support in a busy legal practice, and be able to deal with all aspects of private client work, including Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection.

Key Responsibilities:
Taking calls and making calls which may involve making appointments
Audio typing
Liaising with clients both in person and over the telephone
Day to day control of their own files (with supervision)

THE CANDIDATE: For the role of Experienced Legal Secretary, we are looking for someone who has good typing skills and is computer literate. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career.
