Customer Service Stewards

DFDS, the World's Leading Ferry Operator, are seeking enthusiastic, customer driven and passionate crew members to join our onboard services team, on our ferries sailing between Dover and Dunkerque.  

Ideal candidates will be comfortable delivering high quality customer service in a busy and challenging environment. Seafaring experience or previous customer service experience is advantageous but not essential. We are currently recruiting for temporary contracts; permanent vacancies will be made available after the summer. 

Interviews will take place in early June. Successful applicants must be available to commence training from the middle of June onwards and able to work a flexible working pattern.  

Seasonal positions are walk on/off and subject to the successful completion of a statutory seafarer medical examination and training. We are unable to consider applications from anyone under the age of 17 due to Maritime legislation.  Applicants must hold a valid passport at time of interview.
