Stonewater are seeking an Income Officer to join our income team in Bristol. You will be responsible for maximising income through the effective management of customer rent and service accounts including the monitoring and retrieval of rent arrears ensuring cases are escalated appropriately.
You will need to communicate with customers through a variety of mediums and be comfortable with providing appropriate welfare and debt advice.
You should be a good decision maker who can take responsibility and is committed to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring Stonewater’s Income services are upheld to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have experience of debt recovery, credit control and housing', particularly in relation to income management and an understanding of casework. You will also have the ability to show initiative and problem solving skills. Good literacy and numeracy skills are a must, and should be complimented by strong IT skills.
