Stonewater are seeking self-motivated and pro-active people to join our specialist team in Bristol. You should be committed to delivering excellent customer service and to exceeding performance targets when it comes to allocating Stonewater’s properties.

You will play an active role in helping to deliver our allocations service.  You will be responsible for 

coordinating the advertising and allocation of the Stonewater portfolio of properties; providing housing options support and advice to applicants, whilst ensuring compliance with Stonewater policies, procedures and relevant legislation.  You will work effectively with colleagues across all departments, and liaise with local authorities and other stakeholders.

A good team player, you should have a can-do attitude and the ability to provide first class support and advice to our customers.  You should be IT literate in business applications, have good organisational and administrative skills and the ability to multi-task and manage workloads to meet deadlines.  You should be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent and ideally have experience of working in a housing or allocations environment.

Your efforts will play a key role in helping us to deliver excellence, when it comes to providing customer service for individuals seeking housing with Stonewater.
