Would you like to work in a school where the results are well above the national average? Where 98% of A level students achieve pass grades in their exams? If you have answered yes, then read on. We are looking for a Science teacher capable of teaching Physics at A Level.

Randstad Education is working closely with a large Secondary School in the Southend area, who are looking for a Science teacher to strengthen their faculty. The ideal candidate will have a specialism in Physics, but be able to teach general Science up to GCSE level.

The Science department at our client school is a fun and positive environment which engages students in all aspects of Science learning. The aim is to make learning enjoyable and allow students of all abilities to discover the world of Science through carefully planned, creative lessons, which include interactive activities, student-led exercises and research projects. In 2016 95.4% of their students achieved A* - C grades when the national average was 70% A* - C.
