Salary: £26,829 to 30,175 per annum, dependent upon experience
Fixed term to 31 July 2018, full-time, 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

This post is responsible for the planning, delivery and maintenance of developments to the University’s student information systems and business processes that support the students’ journey from course enrolment through to graduation. You will work with a wide range of teams to ensure that proposed and current processes are smooth, effective and scalable.
You will work closely with the Head of Student Records, help guide and mentor the Student Records team, and play a key role in ensuring effective collaboration between the team and the wider Student Administration department. You will be solution-orientated, attentive to detail, an effective communicator and committed to providing a high level of customer service. Familiarity with student information systems such as SITS or relational databases would be desirable.
Ideally, you should be educated to degree level or be able to demonstrate equivalent and extensive work based learning in a relevant environment. Experience within the Higher Education sector is essential.
